Qingdao Mindy Hair Co., Ltd. (“Mindy Hair Extensions”, “we”, “us”) is the controller for personal data collected through this website.

We collect information you choose to provide when you send an inquiry: your name, business email address, phone number, country or region, and message details such as product, quantity or packaging requirements. We may also retain business communications you send to us.

Our website also records the privacy choice saved on your device. We do not currently operate optional analytics or advertising cookies through this website.

• To respond to inquiries and prepare quotations: to take steps at your request before entering a business relationship or contract.
• To manage our business communications: for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers, protecting our business and improving service quality.
• To operate and secure the website: for our legitimate interests in maintaining a safe, reliable website and preventing misuse.

Our current working retention period for an inactive inquiry is up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed by law or for an ongoing relationship.
